This Chester County Armory listing is for a British Sterling Mk 7 9x19mm Para-Pistol transferable sub machine gun.
This rare configuration of a Sterling sub machine gun was meticulously created with a DLO Mfg. MK2 registered receiver tube and original British parts kits. Originally intended for commando, tanker, and plain clothes operators, this model features the Mk 7’s 4″ compact barrel design, and comes with an original, hard-to-find removable solid stock and vertical foregrip. The removable stock allows this system to be utilized in either a machine pistol configuration or as a shoulder-fired sub machine gun platform. This model also comes with an original 34rd magazine.
This sub machine gun is in excellent condition, both mechanically and cosmetically, with only some very minor surface wear marks in the finish noted at the rough angle points and around the magazine well. There are no major dings, dents, etc. of any kind noted. The crinkle finish is in excellent condition. The stock and foregrip are also in excellent condition, with no cracks, seams, etc. The middle right side of the stock notes a small indentation, but does not have any chipping, peeling, etc. of the gloss finish (see photos). Mechanically, this gun is in superb condition, as well, with only very minor and limited wear noted on the internals.
This fully transferable sub machine gun is currently on an eFormable Form 3, which lists “DLO Mfg.” as the manufacturer and “MK2” as the model.
