Shipping Policy

1. Firearm Shipping Restrictions:
   • We will ONLY transfer ownership of a firearm to individuals or agencies in possession of a valid Federal Firearms License (FFL).
   • If you do not hold a valid FFL, we will transfer your purchased firearm to a licensed gun dealer in your state.
   • Ensure that the firearm is legal to own in your state¹.
2. Shipping Fees:
   • Firearms ship FREE at CaliforniaFirearms.com (excluding long guns shipping to AK, HI, and US Territories).
   • Our minimum $9 shipping charge covers most accessory orders.
   • We combine shipping for multiple small accessories on the same order.
   • Additional shipping fees may apply for accessories shipped from different warehouses.
3. Shipping Insurance:
   • Optional shipping insurance is available at checkout.
   • We are not responsible for uninsured items lost or damaged in transit.
4. Processing and Transit Times:
   • Orders process and ship within 3-7 business days upon receipt of full payment and a valid FFL (if applicable).
   • Expedited shipping is available upon request.
   • We do NOT ship to PO Boxes.

Return Policy

1. General Return Information:
   • Returns must be requested within 30 days of receipt of the order.
   • Send the item to the address on our website with a note stating you are returning it for a refund.
2. Used Guns Return:
   • Customers have 10 calendar days from the date of transfer to request a return.
   • We accept returns for malfunctioning used firearms during this time frame.
