About this product
The CZ 75 Compact 50th Anniversary Elite marks fifty years of the CZ 75 platform with a commemorative version of the D PCR Compact, CZ-USA's decocker-equipped, alloy-framed compact built for concealed carry and duty use. This listing ships in black with two magazines.
What does the 50th Anniversary Elite add over a standard CZ 75 Compact?
Beyond the historical milestone it marks, the Elite edition carries 50th Anniversary engraving on the frame and slide, giving it a distinct look next to CZ's standard-production Compact models. Mechanically, it's built on the same proven CZ 75 D PCR Compact platform: a 7075 T6 aluminum alloy frame with a beavertail, a cold hammer-forged steel barrel, and CZ's signature slide-inside-frame design, which drops the bore axis lower than most other service pistols and is a big part of why the CZ 75 family has such a long-standing reputation for manageable recoil.
What are the full specs?
Chambered in 9mm, this Compact runs a 3.75-inch barrel with a 15-round magazine capacity, an overall length of 7.25 inches, a height of 5 inches, and a width of 1.4 inches, weighing in at 1.72 pounds. It's a double-action/single-action design with a decocker, a firing pin block safety, a hammer safety stop, and a loaded chamber indicator. The slide and frame carry a black Polycoat finish, the sights are snag-free fixed front and rear units built for a clean draw from a holster, and the grips are black rubber for a secure hold.
Who is this pistol built for?
The DA/SA decocker manual of arms suits shooters who prefer to carry with the hammer down and a long first double-action trigger pull for the first shot, transitioning to a lighter single-action pull for follow-ups — a system that's remained popular with police and military users worldwide precisely because it removes the need for a thumb safety while still offering a passive decocked carry state. The Compact's alloy frame and 3.75-inch barrel make it a genuinely practical size for concealed carry, while the 15-round capacity keeps it competitive with polymer-framed compacts twice its price.
Because this is a commemorative Anniversary edition rather than a running-production standard model, expect it to be harder to find restocked once current inventory sells through, and treat the engraved slide and frame as a collectible detail worth keeping in mind if resale or long-term value matters to you.
Because this is a firearm, it cannot ship to your home address. It transfers to a licensed FFL dealer near you, where you will complete a background check and the required paperwork in person before taking possession. California buyers should confirm current roster status for this specific commemorative model with their FFL before ordering, since roster approval is tracked by exact model and can lag behind a manufacturer's release schedule.
CZ's alloy-frame Compact pistols have built a long track record in concealed carry and duty holsters alike, largely because the slide-inside-frame geometry keeps the pistol sitting lower in the hand than a typical slide-on-frame design, which in turn keeps muzzle flip more controllable shot to shot. For a shooter who already carries or has shot a CZ 75 pattern pistol, the 50th Anniversary Elite offers the same trusted mechanics with a collectible touch, while new CZ shooters get an accessible entry point into a platform with decades of proven service history behind it.
