About the M&P 9 M2.0 Compact

This M&P model has a 4-inch barrel. Smith & Wesson designed it to be more comfortable to shoot and easier to aim. It features a stainless-steel chassis inside the polymer frame, which helps reduce felt recoil. The grip is textured and comes with four interchangeable palm swells, letting you customize the fit to your hand. The trigger has been improved with a lighter pull and a crisp reset, making it easier to shoot accurately.

The slide is cut to accept a variety of optic sights, and it includes mounting plates for popular brands. The white-dot sights are standard and co-witness with many low-profile optics if you add one later. The forward serrations on the slide make it easier to rack, even with gloves on.
